I still have questions, what do I do now?

If you still have questions you may continue on to the contact us page and call the IPD office. Keep in mind if you call outside of the posted office hours you will reach the answering service, they can only take calls regarding emergencies and cannot answer questions.

How do I get refills for my prescription(s)?

You can call the office and request refills over the phone. Refill requests can take up to 48 hours to be completed.

I need to pick up or use a form, can I get it online?

We have a forms download page, which allows you to print out our most commonly used forms such as release of information and new patient forms and fill them out before you come in.

I have a question about my bill, who should I call?

Many common billing questions are answered on our billing page. This page also includes information on emailing our billing staff.

Sending your questions via email usually saves time! Our billing staff replies to all inquiries through all business hours and within a 24-hour response period. Typically our response times are same-day, if not within a few hours. Also, for those patients who are in the crunch of working full-time and not being able to call during the day, this is definitely the solution you’ve been waiting for!

How soon can I get an appointment?

This varies on the doctor you are seeing. Some doctors are scheduled more solidly than others and emergencies can come up which may alter a doctor’s schedule. It is recommended that you schedule your appointments with as much notice as possible to get the date and time that is good for you.

When is my doctor available to take my call?

During office hours our doctors are always seeing patients, in most cases you will need to leave a message and the doctor will return your call as soon as possible. If it is an emergency our staff will alert the doctor right away. Keep in mind that doctors may charge for phone consultations, insurance does not cover this charge.
