Dr. Suzanne Pinto received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Clinical Psychology.
Her focus is on treating adults and adolescents with a wide range of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Her clinical interests include adolescent and adult life transitions, relationship/marital issues, stress management, abuse and trauma, and substance use disorders.
Dr. Pinto’s overall approach is collaborative and based on empathy and respect. Treatment is centered on the client’s individualized needs. She integrates several therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, and solution focused methods. Dr. Pinto also incorporates mindfulness, acceptance, and relaxation techniques into the therapeutic process.
She has worked in a variety of clinical settings including outpatient, IOP, PHP, and hospital based programs. Dr. Pinto also has a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
