Nicolette Mireles, LCPC, Therapist

Nicolette is a licensed clinical professional counselor.  She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Northern Illinois University and her graduate degree in Community Agency Counseling from Saint Xavier University in Chicago.  She completed her internship at Silver Cross Hospital in the Partial Hospitalization Program.

Nicolette’s clinical interest include:  mood and anxiety disorder, co-dependency, and trauma related issues.  She strongly believes in the benefit of self -exploration in a safe, understanding, and non-judgmental environment with a focus on the therapeutic relationship as a powerful catalyst for change.  Her style is integrative with incorporation of DBT, ACT, and CBT principles to suit the needs of the individual.
