Kayla Alderman is a licensed substance abuse therapist with over nine years in the field. She received her BA from Governors State University and her MA in Christian Counseling at Trinity College.
Her experience includes working with adults, adolescents, and families in the area of substance abuse. Kayla has also worked with victims and perpetrators of domestic violence. Her experience includes work in the inpatient, outpatient, and criminal justice settings. Kayla joined the staff at the Institute for Personal Development in 2002.
